For most of my life, I didn’t think much about intentionality. My choices were guided by spontaneity, comfort, and what felt right in the moment. But in the final weeks of 2024, God began to stir something new in my heart—an invitation to live intentionally with Him.

As I began walking that out in 2025, everything changed. Scripture became more than words on a page; it became the rhythm of my days and the anchor for my heart. I learned that true intentional living begins with the Word of God—where direction, peace, and purpose are found.

From that transformation, Lamp+Light was born. Inspired by Psalm 119:105 — “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” — this company exists to help women live anchored in Scripture and aligned with God’s truth.

Every journal, planner, and study resource is created to guide you deeper into His Word, encouraging you to pause, reflect, and pursue intentional growth in your faith. Whether through quiet reflection, creative journaling, or daily planning, each piece is designed to help you make space for what truly matters—abiding in Christ.
